Digital Products
How do I download my digital items?
Once your payment is confirmed, your files are ready for instant download.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges on digital products?
Digital items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased or downloaded. If you have trouble accessing your files, contact us — we’re happy to help!
Can I use the digital files commercially?
Digital products are for personal use only unless stated otherwise. Printing for personal projects, gifts, or classroom use is allowed. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the files is not allowed.
Physical Products
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days depending on location. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days after receiving a physical item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Contact us immediately at cristinazhang24@protonmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return your original product first and place a new order. Digital products cannot be exchanged.
EU Customers
The 14-day cooling-off period applies to physical products shipped to the EU. Digital products remain non-refundable.
Customization
Many items can be personalized with names, colors, or designs. Check product listings or contact us before ordering for special requests.
